You are responsible for granting the appropriate permissions and reviewing any content selected for deletion.
The application is designed to assist you in managing your own content. You remain responsible for deciding which photos or media you want to keep or delete.
We are not responsible for content deleted as a result of your actions or instructions.
We recommend reviewing selected items carefully before confirming deletion.
3. Premium Features
Certain features may only be available through a paid subscription.
The available subscription options, prices, duration, and renewal terms will be displayed within the application before you complete a purchase.
We may modify, add, or remove features from time to time, provided that we continue to meet our obligations for active subscriptions.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Some premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The exact subscription price and billing period are shown before purchase.
Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, promotional offer, or subscription option.
Apple's applicable terms and policies also apply to purchases made through the App Store. Apple provides tools for managing subscriptions and applicable refunds.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional pricing, or other special offers.
Eligibility, duration, and pricing for such offers will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, a promotional offer that converts into a paid subscription will renew according to the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Cancelling a subscription generally prevents the next renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current subscription period.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system are subject to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.
7. Intellectual Property
The application, including its software, design, interface, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
